The quick answer is 9.99$ for an economical shirt with a 1 color print. When you add colors, the price increases. We can drop the printing price when you add more shirts. Every additional 25 to 100 shirts, the print price decreases.
For Example, an order of 15 shirts with a one color print will cost approximately 150$, or 9.99 a shirt. If you were to order 200 shirts of the same shirt it would cost approximately 1434$ and 7.17 a shirt.

We have a 15 piece minimum order requirement PER design for screen printing. We offer numerous price breaks so the more you order, the better the price per unit will be.
We can help you out with a small order or even one custom shirt. We offer sublimation printing and DTF printing on custom Tees and other items. These two printing methods allow us to do one shirt or more, fast and easy. Unlike screen printing, the set up is much easier and less time consuming. Our standard turn around for Screen Printing is 10 – 14 business days. There are times when we can get your job done much faster if we have a few or no jobs in the que. We can do rush orders but that costs more, we would need to talk to figure that out. In addition, large and complex orders may require additional time. Let us know if you have a deadline you need to meet, so we can determine if we can meet your deadline or not. We can accommodate rush orders, if scheduling allows, for an additional fee. Please note the following, turnaround times are dependent on artwork being print ready, a 50% deposit is required before we can start the job. The start time does not begin until we receive artwork that is ready and a 50% deposit is made. We can always help with getting your digital artwork ready for printing with our graphic design services. That is never a problem.

There are many misconceptions on what set up fees are and why you have to pay for them every time you place an order. Set up fees are not just an artwork fee. However, artwork is the first part of the process in getting a job ready for print. Below is step by step instructions on how jobs are prepared for print and what the set up fees entail.
1.) Our Designer separates and isolates each color in the design
2.) Film positives are printed for each color in the design
3.) Each color in the design requires its own screen which is coated in a light sensitive emulsion
4.) Each film is aligned on a screen and ‘burned’ using our exposure unit.
5.) Each screen is then taken to our wash out booth to remove excess emulsion.
6.) Screens are then taken to our press and ‘registered’ to ensure all the colors in the design line up
7.) Once the job is complete, all ink is removed and the screen is ‘reclaimed’
As you can see there are a lot of steps and time that is involved to set up a job to be screen printed and why we have to charge set up fees every time you place an order, even if it is a reprint.
Yes, you can get the same design printed in different colors. We do require a 12 piece minimum per color, and there will be an additional charge of $15 per color.
Screen printing is a technique that uses a mesh stencil (screen) for each color that needs to be printed. Screens are then registered on press to ensure all colors in the design line up properly. Once registered, ink is pushed thru the screen one color at a time. After all colors have been pressed the garment is ran through a large conveyor dyer to cure the ink.
We can accept almost any file type but some file types may require work or a complete rebuild based on the file submitted. We can do this for you. We will always call you and tell you the issue before we start the work so you understand the issues with the file you submitted and the costs to get it fixed. The best files types are PNG, AI, PSD, PDF, SVG, EPS.
*Important note: If you submit an AI, PSD, PDF, SVG, or EPS file your file needs to be submitted as a file saved as curves or the font needs to be packaged with it when you submit the file. Otherwise the Font may be unavailable to us. When you save as curves in the adobe products and other file formats the font is converted to an image and is no longer a font. This avoids any font issues. If it is not saved as curves then we may not have that font or the font is discontinued and we need to find a replacement which is usually not ideal.
Yes, we can do custom hats, mugs and award plaques. We can do sublimation for hats, mugs or award plaques. We also do DTF on hats also we also have a wide selection of hats to choose from in our shop.
