We are a small community of artists. An art teacher and former student formed a T-Shirt business to express positive ideas, support the local community, and live a life with art. The former student, Joel Chavez, owns Time is Art Tattoo Studio. In collaboration with Clay "Chilly" Fields, the Art teacher, we started Mesa Valley Prints. MVP (Mesa Valley Prints) is located inside Time is Art Tattoo Studio. We are honest, creative, and hard working. Joel is an incredible artist and tattoo artist.
